The Role and the Opportunity
This is a strategic opportunity to join a team that is pushing the boundaries of programmatic advertising. As a Campaign Manager, you will work across all programmatic channels—from Digital Out Of Home (DOOH) and Digital Audio to CTV and Mobile. You’ll have the freedom not only to run campaigns, but also to make our operation smarter through AI and data optimisation. With our ambition to expand internationally, this role offers a multicultural environment with global impact.
Your Responsibilities
Campaign Management: You build, manage, and optimise location-based campaigns via DSPs such as Mediasmart, Adform and DV360. You closely monitor pacing and performance.
Publisher Management: You are the primary point of contact for publishers. You manage publisher relationships and performance based on live campaigns to safeguard inventory quality and deals.
Innovation & AI: You have a strong affinity with Tech and Data. You actively explore how AI tools can improve our workflows and increase campaign effectiveness.
Strategic Advice: You translate client goals into concrete optimisation strategies and proactively share test hypotheses to maximise the value of programmatic activity.
Stakeholder Management: You support Customer Success and Business Development in client communication and present improvement actions based on data insights.
Thought Leadership: You stay up to date on trends in AdTech, MarTech and location-based metrics to stay ahead of our clients’ challenges.
About You
Experience: You have at least 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or programmatic campaign management, preferably on the agency or AdTech side.
Tech-savvy: You have strong hands-on experience with leading DSPs (MediaSmart, DV360, Adform, TTD) and understand the dynamics of SSPs and inventory quality.
Data-driven: You’re passionate about the intersection of Tech, Data and Media. You spot opportunities to use AI to work more efficiently.
Commercial Drive: You’re results-oriented, act with integrity and professionalism, and combine analytical thinking with a commercial mindset.
Communication: You are fluent in Dutch and English. You are confident in client interactions while remaining curious, open and approachable.
Mindset: You thrive in a fast-changing environment where taking initiative is the norm.
